Jingheng Xue, also known as Chris, was born and raised in Shanghai, China. After graduating from high school, he sought a different lifestyle and had a desire to learn something different. Currently, he is an undergraduate student who studies accounting and mathematics at Drexel University. He would like to follow in his father’s footsteps and become a successful businessman. Besides that, he loves science and, especially, mathematics. “Sciences foster my logic thinking ability,” he said, “and I believe I can devote my expertise to the work field.”
HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT MILKCRATE?
The first time I heard about Milkcrate was through the Drexel Co-op System. When I was searching for co-op jobs, Milkctare just stuck out to me.
WHAT DREW YOU TO WANT TO GET INVOLVED?
I first became interested when I found out that this job position perfectly matched my major. Being a data and content manager requires excellent problem-solving, communication, and excel software skills. These skills made me a qualified worker for Milkcrate. What’s more, after the interview with Morgan, I realized that the organization culture fits me as well. The workplace, flexible time schedule, and interesting working tasks attract me a lot.
WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR FAVORITE GREEN BUSINESSES or ACTIVITIES?
One of my favorite business’/activities is the public bicycle. I really appreciate this green business because it greatly saves my time and money. With its help, I can travel around the city without any fuel transportation. To some degree, it helps us build a sustainable friendly environment.
WHAT IMPACT DO YOU THINK MILKCRATE FOR COMMUNITIES CAN HAVE ON AN ORGANIZATION?
I believe Milkcrate can help organizations with impact goals engage their people in a series of app-based challenges to track and grow their impact. What is more, it can also inspire the others. When your effort turns into those scores, you might feel a sense of achievement.
